Having sourced external design agencies, I work collaboratively with them. Writing original briefs, supplying assets, art direction and constructive feedback to develop style guides that work for both licensors and licensees. I manage the expectations from production companies and licensing executives whilst delivering creative output on budget and on time.
I implemented online asset management to enable better user experience for licensees. I reviewed all guides, spotted future developments and trends, and developed creative strategies around this.
