Working with global licensees, I was responsible for product development, packaging & POS design and approvals. As brand guardian and custodian I ensured the brand was targeted, impactful and reflected the brand values. I also supported marketing and ensured trademarks were checked and adhered to.

Working with tcc, one of the world's leading loyalty companies I oversaw product development, packaging and POS design. The MasterChef ranges are hugely successful and continue to be a great partnership for tcc and Endemol Shine Group. I worked across the development for over 5 years and saw the range go from strength to strength to become one of tcc's most popular brands. The tcc showcase in London, Rome and Paris included live events with MasterChef talent from across Europe.
