Prisoners of Geography: Our World Explained in 12 Simple Steps by Tim Marshall, with illustrators Grace Easton and Jessica Smith, is an engaging, and highly visual introduction to geopolitics for children. It explains how mountains, rivers, and seas shape world history, politics, and the wealth of nation.
Working with extremely complex illustrations, I took the artwork and simplified it into usable assets for licensees. I developed these into a style guide and created packaging and product concepts.
